Annapurna Sanctuary TrekkingThis route is rich with spectacular view of White Mountains. This is not a difficult trek though it has some steep climbs. This trek avoids altitude sickness or flight problems. It is advisable to have two weeks to fully experience scenery. Gurung tribe heavily settles the region.

Typical Gurung village at Landruk, Ghandruk and Chhomrong, Machhapuchhre Base Camp, spectacular mountains view from Annapurna base camp, sunrise and mountains view from Poonhill, hot spring at Jhinudanda.

In recent, this has become most popular and busy for trekking. Before opening in 1977, a few lucky scientist expedition groups had trekked into this region. Any group that is planning to do this trek, must have a pre-consideration with regard to the porter's clothing's and equipment at the moment of crossing Throng-La pass (2,300 m.). Sometimes it may be risky due to the bad weather such as snowing heavily, strong wind blowing, blocking of the trails etc. may cause problems. Sometimes the trekkers have to face the possibility of danger of the high altitude, when they have not yet acclimatise to the high clean elevation.
